     Ten years ago, I took the biggest risk of my life. I quit my job and poured all my money, energy, and time into getting this company off the ground. We have reached our 10^th anniversary this year, but as the saying goes, sometimes to move forward you have to look back. I wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the most important milestones in the last ten years, which set the stage for an even brighter, more impactful future for Rosenthal Business Consultants, Inc.

     We started out in 2013 as in a small in-home office.  The company was built with the goal of helping small business leaders and their teams understand hiring a business consultant firm could improve their business strategy and long-term growth while delivering seamless, enjoyable consultant experiences to their employees and customers.  Rather than building a consultant firm that focuses on the solution first, we built a culture that allowed us to help in building our client’s Human Resources Department needs based on client’s employee’s behaviors and help improve the experience overall. Today, I’m profoundly proud to announce that, RBC provides over (33) professional services to our clients.

     In 2017, we began to grow, and we knew we wanted to “take the world by storm”, to tear down culture boundaries in the business consultant’s arena, to grow and serve small and medium size businesses.

     For 10 years we were a small family business made up of a husband-and-wife team and an amazing team of independent associates. Along the journey, we have been supported by so many wonderful independent contractors, employees, partners, and mentors. We have built an incredible team around an inclusive, supportive culture. As we expand in growth, we are committed to maintaining our culture and loyalty to the professional business consultant profession.

     As a service business, and one that provides such critical services, we take our clients relationships very seriously. While the services we provide and the relationship goals we have established for our clients remain the same. We strive to build long-term relationships focused on our many consultant services supporting, RBC’s clients and our employees. 

    These goals and this purpose have been the driving force for the last ten years and will remain the same in the future of this organization for years to come.
